Do I need to refrigerate my products after I receive them?
No, just keep them stored at room temperature until you are ready to eat them! Placing them in the refrigerator or freezer will discolor the product and may affect the quality.

Yes, you can email us your specific requirements or call us. We would love to help you. Our products are perfect for corporate gift giving. Just give us a call or an email and we will take care of the rest!
Can I order Chocolate Pizazz products and pick them up in the store? Yes, any of our products can be ordered by telephone, email, or internet and picked up in our store. There is no charge for this. Our store hours are posted on the bottom of our website.
Can I order Chocolate Pizazz products during warm weather months?
Yes, when placing an order during the months of May - September or where the temperature is over 75 degrees, all orders must be shipped with cold packs. There is an additional charge and all deliveries will be sent by FedEx for next day delivery. During the summer months, we may elect to not ship over the weekend for Monday delivery. Because of the low melting point of chocolate, we cannot guarantee that the chocolate will not be melted if it is not shipped for next day delivery.
Can I ship to multiple addresses? If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must order separately for each shipping address. You may also call us with your orders to ship to multiple addresses.
Do any of the Chocolate Pizazz products contain nuts?
Yes, some of the Chocolate Pizazz products contain almonds, pecans, and peanuts and all may contain traces of nuts.
Does Chocolate Pizazz take special requests? Yes, call or email us with your specific requests. We would be happy to help you. For example, if you would like all of your Chocolate Pizazz products dipped in dark chocolate, we would be happy to do that for you.
Does Chocolate Pizazz collect sales tax?
Chocolate Pizazz collects sales tax only for shipments within the state of Texas. Shipments to other states are tax-free.
Can you ship to P. O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately we are not able to deliver to P. O. boxes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the entire continental United States via FedEx. Deliveries within the Sam Houston Tollway in Houston are by a courier service. Deliveries outside the tollway may be made either by courier or shipment by FedEx.
How much does shipping cost? Our website will calculate the cost to ship your order based on weight, size, and recipient address. Shipping cost will be determined before you place your order. If an incorrect address is given, there is an $11.00 rerouting fee charged by FedEx.
How long does it take to process my order and ship it?
It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order and ship it during the non-holiday season. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing during the month of December.
